Ceramic Mechanical Facade
Suspended Zikov Ceramic
Applicable on the exterior facades of multi-storey buildings. Clips inserted into 4 dovetail-shaped channels machined into the porcelain tiles are mounted onto horizontal load-bearing aluminium profiles, which are fixed onto vertical load-bearing aluminium profiles. It is a system applied with either open or closed joints. In open joints, a minimum joint gap of 4 mm is used. Suitable for 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm sizes. The system protects any building facade against outdoor weather conditions and, thanks to its application method that enables thermal, water and sound insulation, also provides energy savings.
Clip-Fixed Ceramic
Applicable on the exterior facades of multi-storey buildings. Ceramics can be bonded where desired or used with clips. Suitable for the use of corner profiles at corner returns. The system protects any building facade against outdoor weather conditions and, thanks to its application method that enables thermal, water and sound insulation, also provides energy savings. Suitable for all ceramic sizes.
Adhesive Ceramic
Applicable on the exterior facades of multi-storey buildings. Porcelain tiles are mounted onto horizontal load-bearing aluminium profiles by applying polyurethane mastic and clipping them in place. In this system, a step is formed vertically between the tiles. Suitable for all sizes. By applying a 5 or 8 mm aluminium joint profile to the vertical joints, the joints are turned into a closed system. The system protects any building facade against outdoor weather conditions and, thanks to its application method that enables thermal, water and sound insulation, also provides energy savings.
